With a diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I also have qualifications for dealing with autism, dealing with teenage behaviours and issues and other therapy training certification.
My biggest qualification is life experience and finding new ways to cope and change perspective when life gets complicated.
The focus of my therapy is to help individuals explore and become aware of their inner strengths.
Sometimes this is as simple as looking for behavioural patterns to learn how you are presently dealing with life issues and exploring new and simpler ways of being. By providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan, TOGETHER we can find all kinds of solutions and make your life journey the way you feel it needs to be to have a happier and more fulfilling outcome.
